The Most Incredible White Chocolate Crockpot Fudge You’ll Ever Try!

I love fudge and crockpot fudge is so easy to make! Plus it looks really pretty for a gift or if you have visitors. Making the actual fudge requires very little effort.

RECIPE FOR SLOW COOKER/CROCKPOT WHITE CHOCOLATE EASTER FUDGE

For this White Chocolate Easter fudge I used:

400 grams/14oz of white chocolate buttons

A tablespoon of butter

400 grams/14oz tin of condensed milk

Put all three ingredients into the slow cooker/crock pot at once and set it off for an hour and a half on low. Leave the lid off so you don’t get any condensation forming and use a metal spoon to stir it every 15 minutes. I set reminders on Alexa for this, but an oven timer will do equally well!

While your fudge is cooking, line a dish with baking paper. The dish I used was 10” x 7” . Then, when it is ready, scoop it into the dish and smooth it over. While it is still soft, carefully add your mini eggs (or whatever cute decoration you can get hold of!).

Finally, leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. When the fudge is set, remove from the dish and looking the baking paper. For the nearest result, I put my sharp kitchen knife in boiling water to heat it up before I slice. Making sure to dry the knife in between cuts.

Once you are ready, arrange in a pretty stack to serve, or pop in a tin for later.
