We live quite close to The Balloon Tree and have reviewed their pumpkin picking as well as lunch in their cafe. “This year Farmer Will has been experimenting with some PYO Sunflowers and as you can see, some of them have come out beautifully!

We have kept it all very natural and the word *experiment* is definitely evident in our yield.

Although the plants are not as plentiful as we’d have liked, they have attracted plenty of bees and insects which we love. We are pleased to say that this weekend we will have Pick Your Own Sunflowers available at £1 per stem!”

There is always lots going on at Farmer Copley’s. “If you’re looking for the perfect, fun family day out, there’s often plenty going on at the farm with loads of Farmer Copleys events throughout the year.

These include our UK’s Original Pumpkin Festival, where we welcome thousands of visitors throughout October. We also have our Barn Dances, Dog Shows, Tractor Rallies, Easter Festival and Festival on the Farm. There’s even PYO pick your own fruits including strawberries, raspberries & gooseberries and we’re usually up to something around the key dates through the year.

In 2021 we’re expanding our PYO tunnels so we can grown even more fruit for you to pick, we’re adding even more acres of pumpkins and the Sunflower Festival is our new and exciting addition to our events schedule – we can’t wait!”
