Well, your dream can become reality from 6 November 2021–24 November 2021 when the Chatsworth Christmas Market welcomes festive shoppers to enjoy the Christmas market atmosphere and browse more than 100 stalls offering a wide range of Christmas gifts, treats and decorations.
“You can also explore our own exclusive ranges in the Stables shop with a wide range of home and fashion gifts, and lots of lovely stocking fillers. Take a break from shopping and enjoy a mulled wine or a German beer at one of the outdoor bars, or sample some delicious food, with gourmet burgers and sausages, hot pork rolls, pancakes, churros and more. There’s live music too, guaranteed to get you in the festive spirit.”

The Haddon Hall Christmas Market is back for 2022. “Our Mercatum Winter Artisan Markets are hugely popular, so we are delighted to be able to hold them again this year and give our visitors and artisans the opportunity to come together here at Haddon to enjoy a little seasonal magic. In response to demand, we will hold this year’s market across three long weekends, Thursday to Sunday, in November and early December.
Visitors will have plenty of time to browse, shop and enjoy the wonderful range of food and gift choices available. Marquees will be located both outdoors, within the courtyard and on the Fountain and Bowling Green terraces of the gardens, and within some of the rooms of the Hall. As always, this promises to be a fun shopping experience and a great opportunity to find something a little out of the ordinary for family and friends.
We are delighted to welcome back some of our artisans who have joined us before, so if you are looking for that favourite find you have purchased here on a previous visit, then there is a good chance you will be able to find what you are looking for. But we are also excited to introduce many new makers for their first visit to Haddon, so you may well find yourself tempted to something new!”

Buxton Christmas Market

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Pavilion Gardens, the Buxton Christmas Market offers the opportunity to buy stunning festive gifts, a lovely atmosphere and even the opportunity to visit Santa in his Grotto. There will be lots of stalls with seasonal products, alongside the popular regular traditional market.
