Looking for beachwear for this Summer?

Ok, there may be snow on the ground currently, but before long the days will get longer and warmer and our thoughts will turn to lovely beach holidays.  With that in mind I have been perusing beachwear and accessory websites, in particular the lovely things to be found at Simply Beach.  There are some beautiful bikinis and costumes on there like this vintage styled bikini top from Pour Moi (it’s padded and underwired too).  They also do a halter neck version.

I would pair this bikini with these pretty sandals from Pia Rossini in silver.  I like a bit of sparkle on the beach and I think these look comfy and well as stylish.  I always love the way flip flops look but I find the toe post rubs and always gives me blisters, so give me some comfy sandals every time!

Another must have buy for me is a kaftan or cover up.  Perfect for when you have been in the sea and want to sit on your lounger and read a book without being self-conscious.  Plus they are so pretty, why wouldn’t you?  If money is no object then I love this Melissa Odabash Ashley Kaftan in Sky.  Like the sandals I have picked, it’s both comfortable and stylish and I really like the laser cut motifs.

A more affordable choice would be this white swing beach shirt from Seafolly.  I’ve always had a soft spot for Seafolly after a trip to Australia a few years ago where I saw it everywhere.  There is something simple and elegant about this design and the white will coordinate with all your swimwear.

Finally, top your outfit off with a large floppy hat, beloved of girls on Instagram everywhere!  This wide brimmed hat, again from Seafolly fits the bill and will keep you looking fab and will shade you Kindle from the worst of the sunshine, so you can sit back, sip your cocktail and read the latest blockbuster in peace!
