Fantastic Restaurants in Beverley, East Yorkshire

Fantastic Restaurants in Beverley – Beverley has some wonderful restaurants, encompassing lots of different styles and nationalities.  I haven’t visited them all (yet) but have included the ones I have visited (and all of which I love!).

Sumo Pan Asian Restaurant in Beverley

Sumo Flemingate, Pan Asian Restaurant in Beverley – Sumo is a pan Asian restaurant and takeaway in Flemingate, Beverley. It’s tucked away around the corner from the cinema so it could be easy to miss – but it would be a shame if you did.  It’s small and intimate inside.  There are just four tables, but also casual high seating around a bar with a view into the kitchen.

Estabulo Rodizio

Flemingate, Beverley, HU17 0NP

Estabulo is a Brazilian Rodizio where skewers of meat are continually brought to your table so you can try as much, or as little of each as you like.  They also have a large salad bar to accompany the meats.  It’s a great place to visit with friends with a vibrant atmosphere and comfortable modern style.

We loved Estabulo and you can see our review in full here.

Restaurants in Beverley

The King’s Head

37-38 Saturday Market Place, Beverley, Hull, HU17 9AH

The King’s Head is a lovely contemporary pub restaurant right in Saturday Market.  They serve chargrilled steaks, and wood oven pizzas among lots of other lovely options.  They have some great deals on like half price steak night or two for one pizzas, so it’s always worth checking their website out.

Tomahawk Steakhouse in Beverley

Tomahawk Steakhouse, 17 Flemingate, Beverley, HU17 0NR

Tomahawk opened a brand new restaurant in Flemingate in March 2020.  “Serving the finest Himalayan salt dry-aged steaks, Wagyu and other great local meat, fish & vegetarian dishes.”  I love the sound of the sharing board –  8oz of rump, 4oz of fillet, 6oz sirloin and 5oz ribeye, all sliced and served with two portions of beef dripping chips, two house salads and garlic butter king prawns.
