Our review of the X Rocker Drogon Gaming Chair. My son is 17 and an avid gamer. He spends much of his time in his room, shrieking away to his gamer mates (much to my annoyance at 2am in the morning with the bedroom directly below him!!). A lot of this time he is practically horizontal in his gaming chair, so it came as no surprise when it snapped in two!
Enter the X Rocker Drogon gaming chair, so much more solid and robust than his old one! Its MO is all about mixing comfort with cool design. It’s got a wide seat (which would be good for me, maybe I should have kept it!) but you won’t be cramped, with really deep padding (very useful for the amount of hours he spends sat on it!).
You can adjust the armrests to find the best fit, and the tilt and height settings make it easy to get comfy whether you’re gaming or working (not that he does much work up there!).
There is a built-in lumbar support to keep your back in a natural position, which is great for long sessions (see points above).
Plus, it boasts high-quality foam which helps with airflow, so he won’t overheat mid-game (since he is usually too lazy to open his windows).
It looks sharp and is made from faux leather and so is easy to wipe clean. It’s available in a few colors too, we went for black with red piping to match his bedroom, and as you can see, it looks great (other than the fact that below his desk is dusty!). I am just glad you can’t see the rest of his room!
It’s a cracking chair though and should last him a few years (after that he can move out and buy his own!).
