Pocklington market and Beverly’s Wednesday market. During this time, it was always our dream that we would eventually open a shop. We found a place that we could manage and in August 2008 we opened T C Patisserie. We have worked hard to build up a good business and have many loyal customers, both in the shop and on the market, which we continue to do. We make all our croissants, brioche, patisseries and savouries on the premises.”
