Real Christmas Tree by Post – a Pines and Needles Review – I am sure you can probably tell by the amount of Christmas events we attend and write about, that I love Christmas! Every year when I take my Christmas tree down I feel very sad. The house always look so bare when you remove it’s winter finery! So ever year I vow to put the Christmas Tree up earlier so I have it for longer. (I am not talking about putting it up in October or anything, just the very beginning of December). So when I got the opportunity to be sent a Christmas tree from Pines and Needles to review I jumped at the chance, knowing that I would have to get the tree up early this year as it was for ‘work’ purposes!
So, here we are on the third of December with a beautiful seven foot Nordmann Fir Christmas tree! Delivery was very easy, I ordered it via their website back in October. I could choose variety as well as the height of the tree and could pick the delivery date I wanted. It turned up exactly on the right day as planned accompanied by an amused looking courier ‘Is this a real Christmas tree? Blimey!’
It looked huge in its bag, at the side of the house, and Mr Wonders asked ‘what have you done now?’, but, after chopping a few cm off the bottom of its trunk, it happily now resides in the special Christmas tree corner where its forest-y brothers have sat ever year since we moved here.
Real Christmas Tree by Post – a Pines and Needles Review
I love my silver and gold decorations and try and buy a new one to add to the collection ever year. However, the tree is so huge this year that I am planning to go shopping to add more than just one!
The kids love to help decorate too and we play Christmas music while doing it, makes me feel lovely and festive!
Pines and Needles delivers Christmas Trees all over the UK as well as wreaths and Christmas tree stands. We always have a real Christmas tree and this was more than we normally pay, but it is absolutely beautiful!
We were gifted this Christmas tree, but as always, all opinions are my own.
